1) Mahesh Gawli
U Dream Football’s Chief of Training, Mahesh Gawli is ex-India captain and has won numerous accolades for both club and country, including the AFC Challenge Cup in 2008 for India and the ASEAN Club Championship in 2003. Having dedicated his life to the sport, Mahesh is eager to mentor and train young talent and drive the growth of Indian football through U Dream Football in his role as Chief of Training.
Lutz Pfannenstiel, international advisor at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, is known for being the first, and so far only, football player to have played professionally in all six FIFA confederations. Lutz is also one of the very few footballers who has played for 25 different clubs all around the world during his career. Lutz showed immense promise as a youngster and represented Germany’s Under-17 team. By 19, he had greater aspirations, and began his coaching career in April 2008 when he became the Goalkeeping Coach for the Cuban National team, under Reinhold Fanz. In September 2009, Pfannenstiel was signed for Namibian club Ramblers as Player-Coach and Sporting Director besides also working as Goalkeeping Coach of the Namibia National football team. Since February 2011, he has been playing the role of an International Advisor and Scout for the Bundesliga club TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
Principal Specialist & Advisor for U Dream Football, Subrata Paul has India’s No 1 shot stopper for a while now, and certainly one of the country’s outstanding players. Rated amongst the best goalkeepers in Asia, he’s also the 1st Indian goalkeeper to get a contract from a foreign club, FC Vestsjaelland aka FCV Vikings, who operate in the Danish Superliga. A product of the Tata Football Academy, Subrata has played for India at all age groups and has also represented leading clubs of India. Known for his athleticism, commitment and ability to pull off improbable saves, the most notable one being in the Federation Cup in 2007.

Yatin Chopra – Programme Lead
Based in Germany since 2008, having done his MBA in General Management & Marketing from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and gradually specializing Sports Marketing, Yatin closely involved in leading the programme in Germany. Yatin possesses rich experience in project management and has a thorough understanding of the finer aspects of an international football training programme.
Michél began playing football at an early age and started his professional career in the Bundesliga with Vfb Sttutgart in 1994. He soon moved to the FC St. Pauli in Hamburg where he played 31 games and was also picked to play for Congo-Kinshasa national team. During his career, Michél played professionally in 90 Bundesliga games, 77 Regionalliga games and 220 games overall and also 33 international caps for the national team, Congo-Kinshasa. Having acquired the UEFA-A license in 2009, Michél Mazingu-Dinzey has had a strong coaching career and has trained several teams across German and Congolese football clubs.
Having started his career in 1986, Guido Kandziora played by the division to Oberliga Nordrhein for SSG Berg.Gladbach , SV Refrath , SSV Siegburg, Tura Hennef, TSV Bobingen and SC Brück, now Viktoria Cologne. After a strong career in German football, Guido began his internship with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim’s Under-23 team in May 2011 and in two years he had the opportunity to train under Markus Gisdol and Bernhard Peters and is currently a UEFA A license coach.
Julian Magnus Zimmermann
Born in Germany, Julian played for SV Beeden in 1998 for three years following which he was selected to be a part of the youth team of FC 08 Homburg. Having acquired UEFA B license in coaching, Julian has trained several youth teams of FC 08 Homburg since 2003. A law apprentice at Saarland University, Julian completed his primary education from one of the most elite football schools in Germany and he currently continues to coach a high school team in addition to FC 08 Homburg.
Marc Reitmaier started his career in German football by playing for the U-19 team of Bundesliga’s VFL Wolfsburg. In two years, he advanced to Regionaliga’s Würzburger FV for a couple of years and went on to represent Regionaliga’s several clubs till 2013. Having acquired UEFA A license, Marc currently coaches teams from two clubs in Germany.
Christian Brauner, 26, started off his playing career at FC Schweinfurt 05, a German association football club from Bavaria. He moved on coaching in 2010 as the coach for the youth team of FC Schweinfurt 05. Currently, Christian is a coach with DFB Academy, Schweinfurt and is in the final stages of acquiring a DFB A-License.
Oliver Döking, a UEFA B-License coach, started his career at the young age of 14 with SG Borken’s Youth Team, after also having played for them. He even served as the Academy Coach and Talent Scout, while continuing coaching the Youth Team.
Kim Marvin Sippel
Kim Marvin Sippel, UEFA B-License coach, played as a professional footballer for KSV Hessen Kassel and KSV Baunatal, both German Association Football Clubs. He then took coaching in 2011 with KSV Baunatal’s Youth Team and is currently a coach with the DFB Academy.
Yan Law, 22, currently holds an AIFF ‘D’ Licence and an AFC ‘C’ Licence, and has been the head coach of the U-14,U-16 & U-19 teams of the Calcutta Cricket & Football Club (CCFC). In his playing career, Yan represented India U-15 in the Arsenal International Soccer Festival in London & were crowned champions. He has also represented the Bengal U-19 State Team and been part of the Sports Minister XI in various competitions and tournaments.
Saksham Kakkar, aged 24, has been coaching for the past 5 years and currently holds an AFC ‘B’ Licence. After his graduation from Jai Hind College, Mumbai, he moved to the city of Cardiff for a year long Masters degree in Sports Coaching. While he was there, he also got his FA Level 1 and Level 2 coaching badges along with coaching experience at community clubs in the city. He joined the Bengaluru FC Academy setup as the head coach of the Under 15 team on his return to India. In the 2 years there, he also worked with all other age groups in the academy and soccer schools.
